Cement patio pavers — Chandler, AZ

Concrete patio contractors in Chandler consider the region's climate, including intense sun and potential for thermal expansion, when designing and installing patios. They specify durable concrete mixes with appropriate admixtures and ensure proper sub-base preparation for stability. Drainage is also a critical factor, ensuring water is directed away from the structure. Aesthetic choices, such as finishes and patterns, are discussed to meet the homeowner's vision.

A contractor for a concrete slab will first prepare the site, which involves excavation, grading, and the installation of a compacted aggregate base. They will then construct formwork to contain the concrete pour and install any necessary reinforcement, such as rebar or mesh. The concrete is mixed to specified strength and consistency, poured, leveled using screeds, and finished to the desired texture. Proper curing techniques are then employed to ensure maximum strength development.
